Program Description

The Bid Assistance Program applies to non-profit organizations, which includes Federal, State, and Local Governments, hospitals, school systems, churches, universities, etc. When an authorized Dealer discounts an eligible unit to a non-profit organization, Briggs & Stratton will contribute a portion of the cost to the dealer.

Requirements to Qualify for Program

  1. Copy of dealer invoice to customer.
  2. Unit must be warranty registered on dealer portal.
  3. A purchase order/letter of agreement to purchase from the non-profit entity or an IRS letter of advance ruling or letter of determination or a certificate of tax exemption.
  4. Non-profit bid assistance is eligible for reimbursement to the selling dealer only if the sale is in the county or adjoining counties of the selling dealer (unless otherwise agreed upon in advance in writing from the VP of sales).
  5. All Parts and Accessories are excluded from the Bid Assistance Program.

Terms and Conditions

Offer available from 9/1/2025 to 8/31/2026. Rebates are based on the purchase of Eligible Product shown above on models in stock. Qualifying products must be purchased between the Offer Dates above. Total Rebate is in the amount shown above which includes an instant rebate which is given at the time of purchase by the dealer off of the selling price. Offer cannot be combined with any other offers such as A Cut Above, Equine, Pro Fleet, etc. All programs are subject to change.
